Get to Know Our Lovable South American Sea Lions

Get up-close and personal with our lovable South American sea lions in this unique interactive experience on land and in the water. Have a ton of fun swimming alongside friendly sea lions as you touch their soft skin, gaze into their eyes, connect with these amazing creatures, and play.

What to Expect

Meet your sea lion friends on dry land as well as in the water.
Great for less comfortable swimmers!
Offer hand signals, touch, feed, play with and swim with sea lions during this unforgettable experience.
Our unscripted program is designed to be both personal and always unique.
Learn how we care for these amazing animals and how you can help protect them in the wild.
Personalized photos of your experience will be available for purchase after your program.
Your participation in this program helps Coral World Ocean Park support critical marine life conservation efforts.

Restrictions & Requirements

Bring or wear: Swimwear with cover-up and a towel.

Participants must understand basic instructions in English in order to safely participate.

For the safety of our guests and animals, only paid participants are permitted in the sea lion area.

Our photographers will take photos of your experience. Photo packages will be available for purchase at the Go Fish gift shop following your experience!

Personal cameras, sunglasses, cell phones and other belongings can be stored in guest locker and are not permitted in program.

Please remember to use only Coral Safe Sunscreen in the USVI – It’s the law.

A beautiful place that fit right in with the beautiful landscape

This was such a wonderful place. We did Scuba and Swim with the Sea Lions, both were great experiences! Even if we didn’t have experiences booked I still would’ve loved our visit. There was plenty to see and the views were awesome. It is a smaller place and wasn’t crazy busy, which was what I loved the most. (If I wanted a large, overly commercialized theme park experience then I could do that back home.) This was a beautiful place that fit right in with the beautiful landscape around it and took nothing away from the land it was sitting on. We were there all day so we also ate breakfast and lunch at the stands and the food was good. After our visit we were able to walk right over to Coki beach, it was too busy for us to stay but it was another beautiful view and a must see while already there.

An awesome experience

Our family of four (two kids ages 10 and 7) visited Coral World this past week during our vacation. We did the Sea Lion swim which was an awesome experience thanks to trainers Brenna, Sydney and Sky. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through the whole experience. It was a little nerve-racking being with 400+ lbs sea lions but the trainers made it fun and memorable. The rest of the park was a little sleepy when we first arrived (right as it was opening) but by the time we left it was bustling. The park was clean and had interesting exhibits, with talks and activities happening throughout the morning. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had an enjoyable morning!

You could tell they cared for the animals

The place was small but we really enjoyed the sea lion swim. The trainers were wonderful and did a really great job making us feel comfortable during our event. You could tell they cared for the animals and took pride in their roles. Cheyenne made us feel very welcome and helped us through the orientation.
