Reservation Policies

Please read the policies below regarding our activities and reservations carefully before making a reservation for any of our added attractions.

• A credit card is required to reserve admission and activities.
• The said credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled activity with no penalty.
• Cancellations made 72 to 49 hours prior to scheduled activity will be charged a 20% service charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours prior, or No-Show to scheduled activity will be charged the full amount of the activity.
• No refunds for not meeting activity requirements set by Coral World Ocean Park
• No refunds for persons who refuse to do an activity if one of their party members does not go
