Bilingual Reservationist / Greeter

The purpose of this position is to interact with guests and potential customers to encourage them to visit Coral World and to engage in activities and encounters while here.  The objective is to ensure that guests have a great experience.  This person is responsible for responding to a wide range of in-person and telephone inquiries about the park and activities and encounters in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner. This person is also responsible for processing reservations and performing pre- and post-sales customer service. The Reservationist/Greeter must communicate clearly with guests and prospective guests, obtain all necessary information, and ensure that guests are eligible to participate in the activity or encounter for which they are booked. Reservationists must be knowledgeable about activities and encounters, promotions, pricing and sales strategy to ensure guests have an outstanding experience and give Coral World a high rating. Details: Reservationist / Greeter

Marine Mammal Trainer – All Levels

Coral World Ocean Park (coralworldvi.com) is currently looking for outstanding animal trainers to join our expanding marine mammals and birds training team. Tour Dispatcher & Guide

Serve as a contact and representative of Coral World Tour Operations.  Main duties include assisting in boarding, relaying information among ship staff, transportation, and Coral World park staff, serving as a tour guide for guests on excursions to Coral World when required, supplying promotional materials to shore-ex staff and completing appropriate paperwork for each departure.

Water Quality and Life Support Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the wastewater facility operations, drinking water systems, water features and animal life support systems including all federal and territorial permitting and regulatory compliance at Coral World Ocean Park. The incumbent is also tasked with assisting with related policy development, operating agreements and risk management.

Student Internship

Coral World is offering new internships in their exhibits department. This 3-6 month internship will give the student a hands-on experience in the world of animal care and conservation.
