Coral World Ocean Park has developed its own stimulus program for visitors.

Admission prices have been reduced to $19 adult admission and $10 child admission. You still have all day access to the park, feedings and other presentations.

In an effort to help fund the many turtle rescues and rehabilitations that Coral World Ocean Park participates in every year, $1.00 from every admission ticket sold will be allocated to Turtle conservation efforts.


bullet Marine Gardens - more beautiful than ever!!


We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Marine Gardens Exhibit renovations.

Be mesmerized by the beauty and colors showcased in 21 jewel tanks. View a variety of different seascapes, marine environments and numerous animal species that live in our Caribbean waters. Sea horses, eels, octopus, multitudes of tropical fish and invertebrates are sure to capture your imagination.

Seasonally, rehabilitating turtle hatchlings are displayed prior to their release to the wild.


bullet Hawksbills Released with The Ritz Carlton


ST. THOMAS – December 17, 2008 – The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas will work with Coral World Ocean Park to reintroduce threatened hawksbill sea turtles into their natural habitat on December 23, 2008. Guests of the resort will accompany the baby turtles and biologists from Coral World on board the Lady Lynsey, the resort’s catamaran, to participate in an educational program and turtle release where they will learn about local ecosystems and sea turtles.

Coral World has added two new water adventures -- Snuba™ and Power Snorkeling -- to its array of activities. Park President and General Manager Trudie Prior said, “We are very excited to offer our guests the opportunity to view the beautiful undersea environment of the Virgin Islands in new ways.” Prior said, “In the last two years we have invested in making the park more interactive because we have found that many visitors to the Virgin Islands no longer want to be just spectators.”

bullet Loggerhead Rehabilitated & Released


On March 20th, 2007 Coral World returned a rare loggerhead sea turtle to the ocean after ensuring that the animal was in good health and able to fend for itself. The release occurred within days of the release of Zada, a large green sea turtle, also rehabilitated at Coral World.
